Ingredients
2 cups roasted beets
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons tahini
1/4 cup avocado oil
salt, to taste
lemon, to taste
Preheat over to 400 degrees. Peel and chop beets. Roast beets for 20 minutes.
Place roasted beets, roughly chopped garlic, tahini, avocado oil, salt and lemon into a food processor and process until smooth.
