If you selected ‘On-Farm Pick-up’ when you reserved your CSA, here are your options for picking up:

• Fridays | 3-6 PM | Farm Store at Vitruvian Farms

• Saturdays | 9 AM - 6 PM | Farm Store at Vitruvian Farms

• Sundays | 9 AM - 3 PM | Store at Vitruvian Farms

If you selected ‘Friday at Promega-BTC’ when reserving your CSA:

• Fridays | 1-3 PM | Promega-BTC

If you selected ‘Tuesday at Exact Sciences’ when reserving your CSA:

• Tuesdays | 1:30-3:30 PM | Innovation Building

• Tuesdays | 1:30-3:30 PM | Discovery Building

Delivered CSA’s will be left at your front door or main entrance of your apartment complex, unless directed otherwise.

If you pick up your CSA box at the Vitruvian farm store, you can pick it up anytime on Fridays from 3-6 PM, Saturdays from 9 AM - 6 PM, or Sundays 9 AM - 3 PM. No need to come on a consistent day or time week to week.

Pick up customers cannot switch to delivery and the Promega and Exact options are for employees only.

If you missed a pick up, you can pick up at the farm on Mondays or Tuesdays from 8am-4pm. We will email you on Monday morning if we still have your CSA. If you plan on coming to pick up Monday or Tuesday, please respond to the email with what day/approximate time we should expect you.

Produce from any boxes still left after Tuesday will be donated.

No. Unfortunately, we pack a specific number of boxes each week and cannot change that.

No, we pack all CSA boxes the same and do not offer a swap program.

Yes, just have them give your name at pick up.

1) Visit store.vitruvianfarms.com

2) Select your items and at checkout select “I’ll pick it up myself” → “Friday pick up.”

3) In the order comments/delivery instructions, write “CSA add-on + delivery/pickup location”

***Even if you are having your CSA delivered, select “I’ll pick it up myself.” It’s the only way to avoid fees for smaller orders.
